Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement dated June 14, 2007, between City/County <br />Association of Governments of San Mateo County ("C/CAG") and the City of <br />Redwood City for award of funding for implementation of shuttle programs under <br />the "Local Services Shuttle Program" component of the Congestion Relief Plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Authorize the City Manager, by motion, to sign Agreement No. 1 and similar <br />amendments to the Funding and Management Agreement for the Community <br />Shuttle Service Pilot Program. Final Acceptance - Clarity Homes Subdivision. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Accept, by motion, the construction improvements for the Clarity Homes <br />Subdivision located at 71 and 77 Oakwood Drive and release the bonds after <br />receipt of a one-year warranty bond in the amount of $28,500.00 in accordance <br />with the Subdivision Agreement, Paragraph 9.
