She asked that any <br />Council Member interested may contact her offline. <br /> <br />Vice Mayor Howard announced an upcoming meeting between the Planning Commission <br />and Parks and Recreation Commission on the topic of the General Plan. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust announced that on March 7, 2009 there will be an event at Mezes Park to <br />build a playground. This is a joint effort between Kaboom and the City's Park, Recreation <br />and Community Services Department. <br /> <br />9.
