This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement of the <br /> <br />parties with respect to its subject nlatter and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous oral or <br /> <br />written understandings on the same subject. The parties intend this Agreement to be an <br /> <br />integrated agreement. <br /> <br />19. ConnterDarts.
