Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement-Communications Facility <br />("Lease") on the _ day of , 2009, for the purpose of installing, <br />operating and maintaining a radio communications facility and other <br />improvements. All of the foregoing statements are set forth in the Lease. <br /> <br />2. The term of the Lease is for Five (5) years commencing on January 15,2009, <br />and ending on January 15, 2014. <br /> <br />3. The Site which is the subject of the Lease is described in Exhibit A annexed <br />hereto.
