(205) Minute Order 08-233 <br /> Vice Mayor Howard introduced the topic and explained the numerous stakeholders <br /> involved in the process. She added that the commuter shuttle route was implemented in <br /> April 2007 and the Peninsula Traffic Congestion Relief Alliance (the Alliance) has been <br /> instrumental in all these efforts.
