ORAL COMMUNICATIONS AND CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt the <br />resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> <br />M/S Ira/Pierce to approve the Consent Calendar. <br /> <br />Mayor Foust made comments regarding the Plan and how one property owner was not <br />satisfied with the plan and filed a lawsuit. Even though the city tried to settle the issue, that <br />was not feasible. Mayor Foust added that the City wants to move forward in complying with <br />the judge's ruling, and be assured that this award winning Precise Plan, is the correct <br />document and will meet the needs of the entire community. <br /> <br />Motion carries unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> <br />4.1 Section - Motions <br /> <br />A.
