At times, <br />these added review agencies can contribute to long review times and <br />project delays. These delays can have serious cost impacts on affordable <br />housing projects, and can even at times threaten the completion of <br />projects. <br /> <br />Objectives: <br />. Coordinate with C/CAG to develop a united effort to encourage <br />timely review of affordable housing projects by all public <br />agencies. <br />. Consistent with State law, the City permits group <br />homes with six or fewer residents in all residential zoning districts by <br />right. In addition, the City permits these and other community care <br />facilities in many zoning districts throughout the City as quasi-public <br />uses. <br /> <br />Objectives: <br />.
