<br />Recommendation: <br />1. Approve by motion a two-year Agreement with WaterWorks Industries, Inc. <br />(WaterWorks) of Windsor, California to provide aquatic plant management and <br />environmental engineering services to the Redwood Shores Lagoon for the <br />amount not to exceed amount of $198,400.00 for each year of Agreement. <br /> <br />2. Authorize the City Manager to amend the Agreement for three additional one- <br />year periods or parts thereof for the not to exceed amount of $198,400.00 per <br />each Amendment period. <br /> <br />6.2 Section - Resolutions <br /> <br />A.
