The TA is <br />composed of seven elected officials representing the Cities in the County, the County- of <br />San Mateo and the San Mateo County Transit District. <br /> <br />The TA will be responsible for developing and updating a strategic plan to guide <br />allocation decisions. TI1e TA will develop the initial strategic plan by December 31, <br />2008, and prepare and update it at least eve!"y five years during the tenn of the <br />Measure. <br /> <br />The Citizens Advisory Comlnittee established under the originall\t1easure A will <br />continue to advise the TA.
