To offer entrepreneurial workshops in 15 May 2003 <br /> Early Childhood/Child Development, <br /> Fashion Design, & Interior Design. <br /> 5. To provide incubator services to Iow and 10 May 2003 <br /> Iow to moderate-income residents of <br /> Redwood City.
