Mayor Foust made comments regarding the Plan and how one property owner was not <br /> satisfied with the plan and filed a lawsuit. Even though the city tried to settle the issue, that <br /> was not feasible. Mayor Foust added that the City wants to move forward in complying with <br /> the judge's ruling, and be assured that this award winning Precise Plan, is the correct <br /> document and will meet the needs of the entire community. <br /> Motion carries unanimously by electronic vote. <br /> 4.1 Section - Motions <br /> A.
