Provide emergency shelter and 70 Households June 30, 2003 <br />supportive services to a minimum of <br />70 Redwood City residents. 10 of <br />these will be seniors (55 and older) <br /> <br /> Other Secondary Collaborative Actions Outreach and Emphasis to be <br /> Conducted <br /> <br />2. Provide a minimum of 2,267 shelter 70 Households June 30, 2003 <br />bed nights to homeless individuals, <br />couples and families from Redwood <br />City. 900 of these nights will be for <br />Seniors. <br /> 70 Households June 30, 2003 <br />3. Provide 6,802 meals to homeless <br />individuals, couples and families <br />from Redwood City. <br />4. Achieve a minimum of 60% success 70 Households June 30, 2003 <br />rate in discharging Redwood City <br />residents served into a more stable <br />form of housing. <br />5. All CMA, Inc., staff will continue to 70 Households June 30, 2003 <br />do outreach in Redwood City and <br />San Mateo County by attending <br />regular Redwood City interagency <br />meetings, networking with agencies <br />such as Service League, Shelter <br />Network, and Fair Oaks Community <br />Center. Furthermore, CMA, Inc., <br />has a contract with San Mateo <br />County options program to provide <br />beds for mentally ill residents many <br />of which have come out of the <br />Redwood City jail system. <br /> <br /> <br />
