<br />(b) Curbs, gutters, sidewalks and driveways <br /> <br />(c) Tree replacement and irrigation <br /> <br />(d) Signing, striping, markings <br /> <br />(e) Intersection and signal modification <br /> <br />(f) Construction of new bus shelter and pad <br /> <br />(g) Installation of backflow prevention devices <br /> <br />and all other work improvements, or construction required by or mentioned in the plans <br /> <br />and specifications, conditions of permits and all construction, appurtenances, and <br /> <br />improvements necessary as reasonably determined by the City Engineer, Engineering <br /> <br />and Construction to complete the aforementioned Improvements. Owner shall, at its <br /> <br />own cost and expense, construct all of the improvements, furnish all the materials, and <br /> <br />do all the work hereinafter described in accordance with, and as provided for in, the <br /> <br />plans prepared for Owner by DES Architects and Engineers, entitled, "Sequoia Hospital <br /> <br />Improvements 170 Alameda de las Pulgas " as well as City's revised specifications <br /> <br />entitled, "Engineering Standards of the City of Redwood City", adopted December 4, <br /> <br />2006, which plans and specifications are on file in the office of the City Engineer, <br /> <br />Engineering and Construction. Said Improvements shall also be constructed in strict <br /> <br />compliance with the provisions of Article VII, Chapter 29 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. If a conflict exists between the plans and specifications and said <br /> <br />Chapter 29 in regard to the standard for a particular improvement, the stricter standard <br /> <br />shall govern to the extent of such conflict.
