The cost of these services
will billed according to Waterworks Industries Schedule of Fees. For the past ten years that
Waterworks Industries has provide services to Redwood City, Waterworks Industries has never
billed Redwood City for our attendance at the Regulatory Agencies meetings in an effort to show
good will and keep within the budgets.

Waterworks Industries encourages the use of community meetings to help educate and inform
the general public at Redwood Shores Lagoons. Richard Carnation will make himself available
for up to two community meetings per year at no charge to Redwood City. Additional meeting
beyond the included two annual meetings may incur billable time. For the past ten years that
Waterworks Industries has provide services to Redwood City, Waterworks Industries has never
billed Redwood City for our attendance at the Community meetings in an effort to show good
will and keep within the budgets.

Mr. Carnation will be the lead Senior Pest Control Operator for the City of Redwood City. Mr.
Carnation and other Waterworks Industries staff are available twenty-four hours a day for
answers to questions, and to implement emergency measures. All important phone numbers will
be listed in Section H - Communication Protocols.

B) WATEROUALITYMONITORING

The residents at Redwood Shores Lagoon demand the highest standard of water quality and
equally high customer service from the City of Redwood City Staff as well as from the firms the
City employs. As a result of these high standards, simply reacting to an outbreak of vegetation
or algae in a reactive manner was no longer acceptable (which was the historical management
practice).

ale

10 of 20
