CSG Consultants, rnc. Is pleased to <br />.submlt this proposal for oMI engineering services In connectton with the Valota and Jefferson Area <br />Watermain Replaoement Project. The proposal Is based on the dlsousslons at the meeting and <br />subsequent aRmal/s. <br /> <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> <br />The project Includes replacing some of the water mains In the area bounded by Jefferson Avenue <br />on the north, Roosevelt Avenue on the south, Upton Street on the east and Valota Road on the <br />west. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />CSG will prepare plan and profile sheets for the portion of the watermaln replacement project on <br />Valots Road between Vera Avenue and Roosevelt Road, a dlstanoe of about 900 feet, on Quartz <br />Street between Jefferson Avenue and Vera Avenue. a distance of about 800 feet, and on Ruby <br />street, a distance of about 1700 feet. a total of about 3400 feet. Standard details will be prepared <br />by the City, but eSG will prepare special details related to the work on these streets If needed. <br /> <br />ASSUMPTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS <br /> <br />o Topographlo and utility mapprng will be provIded by the City. <br /> <br />· Specifications and standard details wlH be prepared by the CIty. <br /> <br />· Due to the urgency of this proJeot, we assume that steps will be taken to expedite the <br />review and allow work to proceed effectfvely while other work Is under review. <br /> <br />· Construction support services are not Included. <br /> <br />1700 SoulhAmphlelt 8oul&vard, a" FIoOt; San Mateo.
