Code; provided, however, that nothing herein will be construed to require Contractor to <br />indemnify Indemnitees against any responsibility or liability in contravention of Section <br />2782 of the California Civil Code. This Paragraph 12 will survive the termination of this <br />Agreement. <br /> <br /> 13. INSURANCE. Contractor will acquire and maintain Workers <br /> <br />Compensation, employer's liability, comprehensive general liability, owned and non- <br />owned and hired automobile liability insurance coverage relating to Contractor's <br />activities funded hereunder covering City's risks in from subject to the approval of the <br />City Attorney. The minimum amounts of coverage corresponding to the aforesaid <br />categories of insurance per insurable event shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> INSURANCE CATEGORY MINIMUM LIMITS <br /> Workers Compensation statutory minimum <br /> <br /> Employer's Liability $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury and property damage <br /> <br /> Comprehensive General $100,000 per occurrence <br /> Liability for bodily injury, personal <br /> injury and property damage <br /> <br /> Automobile Liability $1,000,000 per accident <br /> for bodily injury and <br /> property damage (coverage <br /> required to the extent <br /> applicable to Contractor's <br /> vehicle usage in performing <br /> services hereunder) <br /> <br />Concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, Contractor will furnish City with <br />certificates and copies of information or declaration pages of the insurance required <br />hereunder and , with respect to evidence of comprehensive general liability and <br />automobile liability insurance coverage, original endorsements: <br /> <br /> 10/8/02 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
