<br />I it <br /> <br />SF050'1Y. <br /> <br />MEMORANDUM OF LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />Page 2 of' <br /> <br />tf.. <br />This Meluorandum of Lease Agreement is entered into on this 2..~ -day of <br />"1:)PI'Olu,bJN""" , 2008, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California with an office of 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood <br />City, CA 94063, (hereinafter referred to as "Lessor") and Olunipoint Communications, <br />lnc, a Delaware corporation, d/b/a T-Mobile, (hereinafter referred to as "Lessee"). <br /> <br />1. Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease Agreement-Communications Facility <br />("Lease") on the ~t:buay of ~, 2008, for the purpose of installing, <br />operating and maintaining a radio communications facility and other <br />in1provements. All of the foregoing statements are set forth in the Lease. <br /> <br />2. The term of the Lease is for Five (5) years commencing on December 15, <br />2008, and ending on December 15,2013. <br /> <br />3. The Site which is the subject of the Lease is described in Exhibit A annexed <br />hereto.
