<br />Conditional Certificate of Compliance <br />APN: <br />Page 3 of5 <br /> <br /> <br />Property owner shall submit and secure approval of a Parcel Map in accordance with Chapter 30 <br />of the City of Redwood City's Municipal Code. The Parcel Map shall be submitted to City's <br />Plan Review Committee for comment prior to the completion and recordation of the Parcel Map. <br /> <br />Property Owner shall comply with Chapter 18, Article XIV Local Development Standards, of the <br />City of Redwood City's Municipal Code. Such improvements may include, but shall not be <br />limited to, frontage improvements for any proposed work on the subject parcel. The resulting <br />parcels shall conform to the current zoning standards applicable at the time of permit or <br />entitlement application, and existing encroachments shall be eliminated. <br />
