<br />Council Member Hartnett commented on the fact that all are free to speak and so the <br />comments from Mr. Webb were not restrained by anyone now or before. <br /> <br />10. ADJOURNMENT - Dual motion by Vice Mayor Howard and Council Member Bain on <br />adjourning in memory of two people.
