Spring Street, Room 2005, MS 177 <br />Los Angeles, CA 90012 . <br /> <br />SUBJECT: State Inspection Report for Community Recyctlng and Resource <br />Recovery, Inc.t Facility No. 19-AR..()303 <br /> <br />Dcal' Mr. Tsuda: <br /> <br />Pursuant to Division 30, Public Resources Code (PRe), Section 43219, staffofthe <br />California Integrated Waste Management Board (CIWMB) conducted an inspection of <br />the subject facility on December 12.2008. in conjunction with David Thompson and <br />David Porter of your staff. A copy ofCIWMB staffs inspectiol1l'eport is enclosed for <br />your records. A copy of the inspection report has been forwarded to the facility operator <br />as well. <br /> <br />One purpose of this inspection is to evaluate whether the Local Enforcement Agency <br />(LEA) is appropriately applying and enforcing State Minimum ~tandards (SMS) at solid <br />waste facilities within its jurisdiction. TIlerefol'e, this letter and the inspection report <br />provides recommendations and/or directions on compliance issues observed during the <br />facility inspection.
