SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Communication and Educational Information Support <br /> <br />Data I nsti ncts <br />December 14,2009 <br /> <br />Purpose <br /> <br />This scope of services provides for consultations to the City of Redwood City for the <br />purpose of providing information to the public about the schedule and implications of the <br />submitted application from Cargill/Saltworks and developer, DMB Associates. <br /> <br />The Consultant shall develop communications materials in coordination with City staff <br />and Planning Department on an as needed basis. These may include but is not limited <br />to a variety of informational collateral materials such as fact sheets, PowerPoint <br />presentations, Web page updates, educational materials, guidelines, letters, and e-mail <br />broadcasts, all in accordance with state law. The consultant will coordinate directly with <br />Blake Lyon of the Planning Department. <br /> <br />Not to exceed: $36,000 through introductory phase of OMS application submittal. If <br />additional resources are needed an updated estimate will be provided. <br /> <br />, <br />
