Phase Three On-going Review and Management - This phase would include on-going
coordination and review with the team, including review of draft environmental studies,
management of schedule, and assistance with communication strategy and
implementation.

At the completion of the 6 month term, an updated scope of services will be prepared.

As public outreach consultants, Data Instincts also maintains a contract directly with the
City of Redwood City on the Recycle Water project. The primary goal of Data Instincts is
to help the City of Redwood City keep the public informed of the City's open and
transparent process. The City recognizes the tremendous community interest in the
proposal to develop the 1,400-plus acre property and will continue to provide details
about the application process, necessary studies and schedule for the review process
on the City's Web site at www.redwoodcitv.orqlsaltworks. Data Instincts is providing
essential service to help City staff maintain this level of commitment.
