• Assistance with preparations for scoping phase and subsequent Administrative Draft <br /> EIR and public informational meetings in developing meeting materials, <br /> presentations and graphics so that key messages and information are clear and <br /> consistent with the overall goals of the scoping process and the City's goal of a <br /> robust CEQA process. Assist with preparation and implementation of scoping <br /> strategy, schedule, and process: including internal work sessions, public <br /> informational meetings and (as applicable) Planning Commission and City Council <br /> study sessions and /or project update meetings. <br /> • Review of project related materials with City staff, ERMT and CEQA consultant, <br /> HBA, including review of draft environmental and technical studies, management of <br /> schedule and public involvement process. <br /> At the completion of the 11 month term, an updated scope of services will be prepared. <br /> As public outreach consultants, Data Instincts, also maintains a contract directly with the <br /> City of Redwood City on the Recycle Water project. The primary goal of Data Instincts is <br /> to help the City of Redwood City keep the public informed of the City's open and <br /> transparent process. The City recognizes the tremendous community interest in the <br /> proposal to develop the 1,400 -plus acre property and will continue to provide details <br /> about the application process, necessary studies and schedule for the review process <br /> on the City's Web site at www.redwoodcitv.orq /saltworks. Data Instincts is providing <br /> essential service to help City staff maintain this level of commitment. <br />
