PROPOSED SEIR CONSULTANT MANAGEMENT AND KEY PERSONNEL <br /> <br />Proposed Wagstaff and Associates CEQA team working arrangements and personnel <br />assignments are described below. No changes will be made in this management program <br />without City permission. <br /> <br />Wagstaff and Associates will have overall responsibility for CEQA project management and <br />the completion and delivery of all CEQA-related work products. <br /> <br />John Waastaff, Principal of Wagstaff and Associates, will perform as Principal-in-Charge. He <br />will have overall responsibility for CEQA team management, City staff liaison, the editing of all <br />CEQA work products, and attendance at up to two City staff meetings and up to two public <br />hearings. Mr. Wagstaff is a graduate architect with a Master's degree in Urban and Regional <br />Planning from the University of Oregon, and over 30 years of experience in environmental <br />impact assessment, community planning, and development master planning. He has been <br />Principal-in-Charge of all urban planning and CEQA documentation projects undertaken since <br />1983 by Wagstaff and Associates, including EIRs, SEIRs, and MNDs, for over 150 Bay Area <br />planning and development projects, including specific plans, precise plans, redevelopment <br />plans, and individual residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, and mixed-use projects. In <br />particular, Mr. Wagstaff oversaw preparation of the recent Redwood City Downtown Precise <br />Plan EIR, Stanford Medical Clinic Proiect SEIR, Peninsula Park Project Addendum, Bavside <br />Proiect EIR, and Marina Shores Villaae EIR, all for Redwood City. <br /> <br />Rav Pendro, Senior Planner with Wagstaff and Associates, will be EIR Project Manager. Mr. <br />Pendro will be responsible for project subcontractor administration, City staff liaison, completion <br />of research and analysis tasks, field surveys, and product preparation. Mr. Pendro holds a <br />Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University and a Master of Architecture and Urban <br />Planning degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, and has 12 years of <br />professional planning experience, including the six five with Wagstaff and Associates. He is <br />currently Project Manager for the Fremont Redevelopment Plan Amendment and Meraer EIR <br />for the Fremont Redevelopment Agency and Hercules Bavfront Proiect EIR for Hercules <br />Bayfront, LLC, and the City of Hercules, and was Wagstaff and Associates Project Manager for <br />the recent Redwood City Downtown Precise Plan EIR, Stanford Medical Clinic Project SEIR, <br />Peninsula Park Proiect Addendum, Bavside Project EIR and Marina Shores Villaae EIR, all for <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />C:IDocuments and SettingslkmateolLocal SettingslTemporary Intemet Files\OLKEBIOB07 exhibit-a (city edits oct 200B).doc <br />
