(iii) Contractor will provide no religious instruction or counseling, conduct no <br /> <br /> religious worship or services, engage in no religious proselytizing, and exert <br /> no other religious influence in the provision of the Program. <br /> <br /> (iv) The portion of a facility used to provide the Program will contain no religious <br /> symbols or decorations. <br /> <br /> 19. UNIFORM ADMINISTRATION REQUIREMENTS. Contractor will comply <br /> with the requirements and standards of the Community Development Block Grant <br /> Regulations, OMB Circular A-122 Cost Principles for Non-Profit Organizations, OMB <br /> Circular A-110 attachments A, B, C, F, H, N, and O, and all other federal, state, and <br /> local laws, regulations and requirements, as applicable. <br /> <br /> 20. LEAD-BASED PAINT. The use of lead-based paint is prohibited. In the <br />event lead-based paint is found on residential property, appropriate abatement <br />procedures may be required by City. <br /> <br /> 21. GENERAL COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS. Contractor will keep fully informed <br /> of federal, state and local laws and ordinances and regulations which in any manner <br /> affect those employed by Contractor, or in any way affect the performance of the <br /> Program by Contractor. Contractor will at all times observe and comply with these <br /> laws, ordinances, and regulations and will be responsible for the compliance of <br /> ContractoCs services with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations. <br /> <br /> 22. JURISDICTIONS AND VENUE. Any action at law or in equity brought by <br /> either of the Parties for the purpose of enforcing a right or rights provided for by this <br /> Agreement will be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction in the County of San Mateo, <br /> State of California, and the Parties waive all provisions of law providing for a change of <br /> venue in these proceedings to any other county. <br /> <br /> 23. AUTHORITY. The individuals executing this Agreement and the <br /> instruments referenced in it on behalf of Contractor each represent and warrant that <br /> <br /> 10/8/02 8 <br /> <br /> <br />
