<br />All that certain real property situate in the County of San
<br />Mateo, State of California, being all of the parcel of land
<br />described as Parcell in the deed recorded August 18, 1976,
<br />in Book 7218 in Official Records at Page 117, San Mateo County
<br />Records, together with all of the parcel firstly described in the
<br />deed recorded September 11, 1958, in Book 3455 of Official Records,
<br />at Page 457,. San Mateo County Records, together \vith all of the
<br />parcel described as containing 10 acres more or less, in the deed
<br />recorded July 1, 1952 in Book 2263 of Official Records at Page
<br />716, San Mateo County Records, together with all of the parcel
<br />described as contpining 5.866 acres, more or less, in the deed
<br />recorded November 14, 1955, in Book 2914 of Official Records at
<br />Page 426, San Mateo County Records, together with a portion of the
