<br />.... <br /> <br />SWC._jg-c 7/22/81 <br /> <br />AGREEMENT FOR THE FURNISHING OF SAND, <br />AGGREGATE, PEA GRAVEL, GRANITE CHIPS AND <br />CEMENT FOR 1981-82 FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the <br /> <br />State of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and <br /> <br />PENINSULA BUILDING MATERIALS, Redwood City, California, <br /> <br />hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," for the consideration <br /> <br />hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed and shall furnish to City the following described material <br /> <br />In strict accordance with the contract documents made therefor and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Clerk of Redwood City, which <br /> <br />contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of this <br /> <br />agreement as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />Selected Materials - Sand, Aggregate, Pea Gravel, <br />Granite Chips and Concrete <br />1981-82 Fiscal Year <br /> <br />2.
