<br />CGM g-c 7/22/81 <br /> <br />A G R E E MEN T <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />THE FURNISHING OF ASPHALT EMULSION FOR 1981-82 FISCAL YEAR <br /> <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation of the State <br /> <br />of California, hereinafter referred to as "City," and RAISCH PRODUCTS, <br /> <br />Mountain View, California, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," <br /> <br />for the consideration hereinafter stated, hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Contractor shall perform everything required to be <br /> <br />performed and shall furnish to City the following described material <br /> <br />in strict accordance with the contract documents made therefor and <br /> <br />on file in the office of the city Clerk of Redwood City, which <br /> <br />contract documents are incorporated herein and made a part of <br /> <br />this agreement as if fully set forth herein: <br /> <br />Selected Materials - Asphalt Emulsion <br />1981 - 82 Fiscal Year <br /> <br />2. City shall pay to Contractor as full consideration for <br /> <br />such material, the amount of Sixty-five Thousand Four Hundred <br /> <br />Fifty-five and No/lOO Dollars ($65,455.00), more or less, in <br /> <br />accordance with Contractor's proposal dated July 7, 1981, which <br /> <br />proposal is hereby referred to and incorporated herein, said pay- <br /> <br />ment to be Inade within thirty (30) days, after receipt of material <br /> <br />or after receipt of invoice by City. <br /> <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this <br /> <br />agreement this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1981. <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />a municipal corporation <br /> <br />By <br /> <br />City Manager <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />RAISCH PRODUCTS <br /> <br />City Clerk <br /> <br />By <br />
