EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Kainos Home and Training Center <br /> Vocational Services Rehabilitation Project <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> <br />Contractor will use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very Iow <br />and lower income residents of the City. Contractor will coordinate its activities <br />with similar programs conducted by the City or with other organizations which <br />provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, and <br />which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during <br />2002-2003. Contractor will collaborate with similar programs in order to <br />maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial resources <br />which are available to lower and very Iow income residents, and will complete <br />construction no later than November 31, 2002 and request reimbursement <br />from grant no later than May 20, 2003. <br /> <br /> Budget Line Item CDBG <br /> Budget <br /> Capital Expenditures - complete $113,000 <br /> refurbishment of three (3) restrooms <br /> Total $113,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
