<br />3. Any informalities in the bid mentioned in paragraph I <br /> <br />hereof are waived. <br /> <br />4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />for the furnishing of the above mentioned material, other than <br /> <br />the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />5.
