<br />City and Fidelity Roof Company, for the performance of said work <br />in accordance with the abovementioned bid documents, a copy of <br />which agreement is presently on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full particulars <br />concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Fidelity <br />Roofing Company, is hereby waived. <br />5.
