EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Mental Health Association of San Mateo County <br /> Spring Street Shelter <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> <br />Contractor will use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very Iow <br />and lower income residents of the City. Contractor will coordinate its activities <br />with similar programs conducted by the City or with other organizations which <br />provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, and <br />which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during <br />2002/2003. Contractor will collaborate with similar programs in order to <br />maximize these programs and services, and the City's financial resources <br />which are available to lower and very Iow income residents. Requests for <br />reimbursements under this agreement must be submitted over a 10 <br />month period and received no later than the 20th day of each month <br />during the term of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 <br />and 7. Final payment must be submitted and received by the City no <br />later than May 20, 2003.
