<br />Agreement} if this Agreement is terminated or expires} Consultant shall continue to pursue corrections <br />of accounts identified during the term of this Agreement that have not been corrected by the SSE as of <br />the effective date of termination or expiration. The period after termination during which Consultant is <br />pursuing correction of accounts identified before termination is referred to as the "completion period.1I <br />City shall compensate Consultant in accordance with the compensation language of this Agreement for <br />corrected misallocations that result from Consultanfs efforts during the completion period.
