<br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.1 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br />Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services <br />(MuniServices, LLC) <br /> <br />This Amendment No. 1 is entered into and effective as of the 2nd day of March, <br />2010, extending the agreement dated March 2, 2009 (the "Agreement") by and between <br />the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br />California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company <br />("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. On March 2, 2009 the Parties executed Agreement for Revenue <br />Enhancement Services and <br /> <br />B. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br />extended for a period of one year ending on March 1, 2011. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br />time to time,. shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant <br />pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include <br />coverage for this Amendment. <br /> <br />Amendment to Extend Time <br />City Attorney Approved Version 090103 <br />
