ORIGINF��. <br /> AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT <br /> Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services <br /> (MuniServices, LLC) <br /> � U� <br /> This Amendment No. 3 is entered into and effective as of the �'rday of , <br /> 2012, extending the agreement dated March 2, 2009 (the "AgreemenY') by and between <br /> the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of <br /> California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware limited Iiability company <br /> ("ConsultanY') (collectively, the "Parties"). <br /> RECITALS <br /> A. On March 2, 2009 the Parties executed Agreement for Revenue <br /> Enhancement Services and <br /> B. On March 2, 2010 the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and <br /> C. On March 2, 2011 the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Extend the <br /> Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and <br /> D. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of one year; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants <br /> contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby <br /> extended for a period of one year ending on March 1, 2013. <br /> 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from <br /> time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 3.
