AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO EXTEND THE AGREEMENT For Revenue Enhancement Services (MuniServices, LLC) This Amendment No. 6 is entered into and effective as of the 1 St day of March, 2015, extending the agreement dated March 2, 2009 (the "Agreement") by and befinreen the City of Redwood City, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and MuniServices, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties"). RECITALS A. On March 2, 2009 the Parties executed Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and B. On March 2, 2010 the Parties executed Amendment No. 1 to Extend the Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and C. On March 2, 2011 the Parties executed Amendment No. 2 to Extend the Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and D. On February 15, 2012 the Parties executed Amendment No. 3 to Extend the Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and E. On March 1, 2013 the Parties executed Amendment No. 4 to Extend the Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and F. On March 1, 2014 the Parties executed Amendment No. 5 to E�end the Agreement for Revenue Enhancement Services and G. The Parties desire to extend the Agreement for a period of three months ending on June 1, 2015; and NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutual covenants contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: 1. The Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, is hereby amended as follows: a) the Agreement is hereby extended for three months ending on June 1, 2015. 2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall remain in full force and effect. 3. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by the Consultant pursuant to the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to time, shall include ATTY/AGR/2015/AMENDMENTS/AMEND NO.6 MUNISERVICE LLC REV:03-25-15 MLG Page i of 2
