<br />We have modi:fied the .MOU that you provided to make it consistent with the RFP issued
<br />by the SBWMA docum.ent. This modification says we win comply Wit11 the obligation
<br />stated in the RFP to assume all collective bargaining agreements in effect at the SBWMA
<br />facility on January 11 2011, if we are awarded the contract by the SB WMA.
