EXHIBIT A <br /> <br /> Police Activities League (PAL) <br /> Improve Through ADVANCE <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> <br />Contractor will use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very Iow <br />and lower income residents of the City. Contractor will coordinate its activities <br />with similar programs conducted by the City or with other organizations which <br />provide housing and supportive services to Redwood City residents, and which <br />are consistent with the Consolidated Plan Objectives to be met during 2002- <br />2003. Contractor will collaborate with similar programs in order to maximize <br />these programs and services, and the City's financial resources which are <br />available to lower and very Iow income residents. Requests for <br />reimbursements under this agreement must be submitted over a 10 month <br />period and received no later than the 20th day of each month during the <br />term of this agreement pursuant to Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. Final <br />payment must be submitted and received by the City no later than May 20, <br />2003.
