£XHIBITA <br /> <br /> Shelter Network <br /> Redwood Family House <br /> <br /> FISCAL YEAR 2002/2003 <br /> <br />Contractor shall use the funds provided hereunder for the advancement of <br />programs which provide housing and human services assistance to very Iow <br />and lower income residents of the City. Contractor shall coordinate its <br />activities with similar programs conducted by the City or with other <br />organizations which provide housing and supportive services to Redwood <br />City residents, and which are consistent with the Consolidated Plan <br />Objectives to be met during 2002-2003. Contractor shall collaborate with <br />similar programs in order to maximize these programs and services, and the <br />City's financial resources which are available to lower and very Iow income <br />residents. Requests for reimbursements under this agreement must be <br />submitted over a 10 month period and received no later than the 20th <br />day of each month during the term of this agreement pursuant to <br />Paragraph Nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7. Final payment must be submitted and <br />received by the City no later than May 20, 2003. Contractor agrees that <br />any funds remaining after May 20, 2003 will be reallocated to non public <br />service activities. <br /> <br /> Budget Line Item Budget <br /> Salary (Program Director) $40,000 <br /> Fringe Benefits $10,000 <br /> Rent/Utilities and Maintenances $30,000 <br /> TOTALS $80,000 <br /> <br /> <br />
