REPORT <br />7 <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />January 6, 2003 <br />Subject <br />Claim(s) 2073, 2074, 2075, 2080, 2081, 2082, and 2083 <br />Recommendation <br />Staff recommends the rejection of the following claim(s): <br />2073 Marco Antonio Garcia Alleging damages to his vehicle which occurred when <br />it was hit by a fallen tree. <br />2074 Michael Thomas Alleging damage to his tires from nails on median <br />between street and sidewalk. <br />2075 Betty Luders Palmer Alleging damage to her roof by a tree during a storm. <br />2080 Roy Young Requesting reimbursement for cleaning costs to <br />vehicle which was flooded while parked along a curb. <br />2081 Michael Schulman Alleging damage to gutterwhich occurred when it was <br />hit by a City tree. <br />2082 Dagmar Teichmann Alleging damage to vehicle which was hit by a City <br />tree. <br />2083 Dirk Koops Alleging damages to property as a result of a sewer <br />backup. <br />Brian J.
