ORIGINAL - <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> REDWOOD FAMILY HOUSE TRANSITIONAL HOUSING PROGRAM <br /> SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO COUNTY <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and ~ntered into this ~ ~ ~'~-- day of <br />~3~3~-~ _~2'r(~ , 1999, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal <br />corporation of the State of California ("City") and SHELTER NETWORK OF SAN MATEO <br />COUNTY, a California nonprofit organization ("Contractor"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor provides a transitional housing program for homeless families <br />who reside in the City of Redwood City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Contractor has requested financial assistance in order to conduct the <br />program for residents of City during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999, and ending June <br />30, 2000; and <br /> <br /> WtlEREAS, City has reviewed said request and desires to allocate to Contractor the <br />sum of Eighty Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($80,000); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. City shall allocate to Contractor the sum of <br /><<amount>> for exclusive use by Contractor during the fiscal year commencing July 1, 1999, and <br />ending June 30, 2000, solely for the purposes described in paragraph 2. <br /> <br /> 2. USE OF FUNDS. Contractor shall use the funds provided pursuant to paragraph 1 <br />solely for the Program purposes described in Exhibit "A" (Contract Objectives) attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 3. CHANGES TO PROGRAM. No changes in the Program described in this <br />agreement which are funded by the financial assistance provided under paragraph 1 shall be <br />made without the prior written consent of City. <br /> <br />10/15/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
