Eighty pement of the youth with <br />individual case plans will secure <br />and maintain employment. <br /> 3 persons June 30, 2003 <br />4. Thirty percent of the youth with <br />individual case plans will <br />complete a job training program <br />or secure a high school <br />equivalency degree. 6 persons June 30, 2003 <br />5.
