le/28/02 <br /> COP/ - <br /> RESOLUTION NO. ~ <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ALISON CARTWRIGHT AND <br /> JAY SABER (SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST TO MARK WEIR) <br /> FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment No. 2 by and between the City of Redwood City, <br />a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter <br />referred to as "City") and Alison Can'wright and Jay Saber (collectively, "Owner"), <br />is entered int(~ and effective as of the ~_9~) day of November, 2002, amending the <br />Agreement dated February 7, 1992 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City <br />and Mark Weir (the "Original Owner'') for the preservation of an historic structure <br />located at 423 Beech Street, Redwood City, California (the "Structure"), a copy of <br />which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br />Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment <br />No. 2, and to attest thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City.
