<br />¡ORIGINAL" <br />u. ~"""-- , <br /> <br />AMENDMENT NO.2 TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVIC ES <br />(FREEDMAN TUNG & BOTTOMLEY) <br /> <br />This Amendment No.2 is entered into and effective as of the~ day of <br />~ ,2005, amending the agreement dated November 10,2003 <br />(the# A eement") by and between the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency, a <br />redevelopment agency of the State of Califomia ("Agency"), and FREEDMAN TUNG & <br />BOTTOMLEY, a California sole-proprietorship ("Consultant") (collectively, the "Parties") <br />for PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE DOWNTOWN PRECISE <br />PLAN (the "Project"). <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br />A. The Parties desire to alter the Agreement's scope of work to add <br />meetings, including preparation for such meetings; and <br /> <br />B. The Parties have negotiated and agreed to a supplemental scope of work <br />and fee schedule, which is attached to and incorporated in by this reference as Exhibit <br />"A", Staffing and Budget Spreadsheet. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of these recitals and the mutt '31 covenants <br />contained herein, the Parties agree as follows: <br /> <br />1. Consultant will be responsible for all work associated with these services <br />described in Exhibit "A" and be paid a not to exceed amount of Twenty Nine Thousand <br />Nine Hundred and Ninety Seven Dollars and no/100 ($29,997.00). Consultant will <br />provide Agency, on a monthly basis, copies of invoices suffidently detailed to include <br />hours performed, hourly rates and related activities and costs for approval by Agency. <br /> <br />2. All other provisions of the Agreement, as may have been amended from time to <br />time, will remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />3.
