<br />6.28 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />Sponsorship fee <br /> <br />Target agrees to make a check payable to the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency in the sum of $30,500. Target will send the check, promptly upon <br />signing of this agreement, but no later than June 15, 2009 to Lori Popovich, <br />1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, CA. 94063. <br /> <br />On-Site Branding <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency agrees to brand the main stage <br />with custom created banners, which include the Target log/ creative. The stage <br />creative look shall be use for all three of these events and signage costs are <br />included in the sponsorship fee. <br /> <br />Marketing/Promotional <br /> <br />The City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency agrees to market and promote <br />the "Target Family Days" as follows: <br /> <br />Inclusion in a mailing to all Redwood City Residents is Mayas part of a Parks <br />and Recreation department program inclusion in bi-weekly ads in SF <br />Chronicle's 96 Hour section; inclusion in monthly full-page ads in the Mercury <br />News; inclusion in all web marketing (i.e. electronic newsletters, website, <br />Facebook and parent's club blogs); inclusion in ads to be run in the Daily News <br />group starting one month in advance of each event; 5000 postcards; 100 <br />posters; promotional a-frame posters on site from June 1 through September <br />12. Inclusion in promotional radio spots as may be arranged. <br /> <br />Responsibilities <br /> <br />Target agrees to be responsible for the payment of the fee. <br />The City of Redwood City Redevelopment Agency agrees that it shall be <br />responsible for all aspects of production, administration, marketing and <br />management of the "Target Family Days". <br /> <br />Promotional Materials Approval Process <br /> <br />All Materials for the "Target Family Days" shall be subject to approval by Target <br /> <br />Terms <br />
