5/14/01 <br />0RI aIi4AL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 A 991 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT <br />SERVICES RELATING TO THE WATER SURVEY PROJECT <br />(KORTECH CONSULTING, INC.) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires a web -based water <br />allocation survey system (the "Project'); and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />technical support services; and <br />WHEREAS, KorTech Consulting, Inc. of Redwood City, California, <br />represents that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the <br />aforesaid services required for the Project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Technical Support <br />Services — Water Survey Project' (form dated 05/08/01), by and between the <br />City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and <br />KorTech Consulting, Inc., for the performance of the above - mentioned services, <br />a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved and <br />the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />Reso -1151 <br />FXS:djk <br />Shared /Redwood /Council <br />05/08/01 <br />
