<br />6' <br /> <br />ti:. <br /> <br />RES O' L U T_I~ <br /> <br />RESOLVED by the Board of Trustees of the Town of Redwood <br /> <br />City, County of San Mateo, State of California, that, whereas, the <br /> <br />Town of Redwood City is the owner of lots numbered 53 and 54~ as <br /> <br />designated and delineated upon that certain map entitled "Map No. <br /> <br />1 of Subdivision No. 2 of a Portion of Wellesley Park, San Mateo <br /> <br />County, California" filed in the offioe of the Recorder of the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, June 20th, 1890, in <br />, <br /> <br />volume "B" of Maps at page 46, which lots were acquired by said <br />Tovm of Redwood City for the purpose of opening Oakdale Street <br />from Arlington Road to Whipple Avenue in said fown of Redwood City. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that said rots numbered <br /> <br />53 and 54, as designated and delineated upon that certain map en- <br /> <br />titled "Map No. 1 of Subdivision No. 2 of a Portion of Wellesley <br /> <br />Park, San Mateo County, State of California? above referred to and <br /> <br /> <br />described, be and the same are dedicated and opened to publio use <br /> <br /> <br />and same are hereby named and described as Oakdale Street. <br /> <br /> <br />Passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the Town <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />of Redwood City at a regular meeting of said Board held on the <br /> <br />21st day of December, 1925, by the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES and in favor of the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br /> <br />(jIItJ/EJ1IP(j,Jtj E Jfraf1 ,1i/f.l3pf)!1 f/,r , <br /> <br />NOES and against the passage of the foregoing Resolution, Trustees, <br /> <br />None, , , <br /> <br />, <br /> <br />Attest: <br /> <br />Absent, Trustees, IJ-. ,~, /Y/lll1tdl/lr; <br /> <br />p~h~oard of <br />of the Town'of Redwood <br />lItlO~ -, <br /> <br />Clerk of the Town of Redvrod City. <br /> <br />Trustees <br />City.. <br /> <br />I hereby approve the <br /> <br />foregoing Resolution this 21st day <br /> <br />~~~ <br />President of the-Board of Trustees <br />of the Town of Redwood City. <br /> <br />of December, 1925. <br />
