DES:dj~- 06/05/95 (005/66) <br /> <br /> AGREEMENT <br /> <br /> PROFESSIONAL SURVEYING SERVICES <br /> <br /> 1995-1996 WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of <br /> <br /> , 1995, by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, a municipal corporation of the State of California, <br />("City"), and E.E. WOODS LAND SURVEYORS, INC., of Redwood City, <br />California ("Consultant"); <br /> <br /> W I TNE S S E T H : <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City requires the replacement of old and <br />deteriorated water mains in various locations throughout the City <br />of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires <br />professional topographic surveying services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Consultant represents that it possesses the <br />experience, and is qualified, to perform the aforesaid services <br />for the Project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. CONSULTANT'S SERVICES. Consultant shall prepare a <br />topographic survey and perform related services described in <br />Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference <br />incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. COMPENSATION; EXPENSES; PAYMENT. City shall compensate <br />Consultant for all services performed by Consultant hereunder in <br />an amount based upon Consultant's hourly rates that are currently <br />prevailing during the time of the performance of said services. <br />A copy of Consultant's hourly rates for which services hereunder <br /> <br /> <br />
