<br />regulating transformers. <br />That on the 8th day of March, 1928, the City of Redwood <br />City entered into a five year contract v{ith the said Pacific Gas <br />and Electric Company for the purchase of electricity for street <br />lighting service, at the fo1lo'iving schedule, to-wit: <br />First 150 kilowatt hours per month per kilowatt of in- <br />stalled lamp capacity $.025 per kilowatt hour. <br />All in excess of 150 kilowatt hours per month per kilowatt <br />of installed lamp capacity $.0075 per kilowatt hour. <br />Minimum charge ~;a. 50 per l<::ilo'watt of installed lamp capaci tJ <br />per month. <br /> <br />IV <br />That under date of July 1, 1928, a flat rate schedule of <br />said Pacific Gas and Electric Company became effective, knOV':TI as <br />! tl Schedule L-8 TI, which was divided into three clas se s, A-B-C. <br />! That for the eleven month period from July 1, 1928, to June 1, <br />1929, inclusive, the said Pacific Gas and Electric Company charged <br />the said City of Redwood City for electrical current furnished <br />for street lighting service under the above mentioned contract <br />! instead of under Schedule L-8, which Schedule 1-8 provided a <br />lesser charge for said service than said contract hereinbefore <br />referred to. That by charging said City under said contract in- <br />stead of Ul1der said Schedule L-8, the Pacific Gas and Electric <br />Company collected during said period from said City the sum of <br />Two Hundred Forty-Four and 47/100 ($:24Ll.47) Dollars in excess of <br />what would have been collected had said charge been made under <br />said Schedule L-8 instead of ill1der said contract. <br />That in addition to the above difference of Two Hllildred <br />Forty-Four and 47/100 ($244.47) Dollars und.er Rate A of Schedule <br />L-8 City of Redwood City would not have been required to furnish <br />constant current regulating transformers 'or primary distribution <br />circuits, in which said City under the contract has been required <br /> <br />2. <br />
