Field Owners 2009 Renewal Billing <br /> <br />Enclosed is a renewal billing for your 2089-ASA Field Owners Policy. <br />Depending on your agency please make sure that the appropriate person <br />receives this billing. Please return the top portion of the billing with your <br />check to Bollinaer. <br /> <br />Inspections of all insured fields and surrounding areas are mandatory. All <br />teams and umpires playing on your fields must be currently registered with <br />Nor-Cal ASA for the 2009 season or your insurance policy will not be valid.
